The lodge is situated about 1.5 miles from the lovely fishing village of Tarbert Loch Fyne in a small family run site on West Loch Shores. The lodge sleeps 4 comfortably with one double room and a twin room. There is a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. The lodge is well equipped and has digital TV, DVD and music player. It is situated next to the start of the forestry Commission nature walks to Tarbert and Skipness and overlooks the beautiful West Loch. It is close to the ferry terminals if you are interested in visiting the islands of Arran, Gigha, Jura and Islay. It is also well located for accessing walks along the new Kintyre Way.

Carse House was refurbished in 2008, and offers a great family holiday home in a stunning location just a few miles from the small fishing village of Tarbert on the Kintyre peninsula in south-west Argyll, in an area of tremendous natural beauty and tranquillity, which offers plentiful opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, whether walking, cycling, riding or kayaking!

Barr na Criche Cottage is a comfortable and spacious self catering retreat.  Situated on its own, the Cottage looks out towards woodland and on across the water to the shores of west Kintyre.  An abundance of wildlife and flowers can be seen from the cottage. A fifteen minute walk across rough fields takes you to the waters edge and the beach hut. There you can sit, relax and enjoy views out to sea.

The Dolls Cottages enjoy a superb location, alongside the coastal road which is only five minutes walk to the beach. You will find a small fenced cottage garden to the front and lawned areas enclosed by woodland and ample parking to the rear. From the attractive front veranda you can sit and enjoy fantastic westerly views and the most sublime sunsets over the coastal plain towards the highlands and islands beyond. Truly spectacular!
